Cause
One or more non-Oracle Database Appliance RPMs were found installed on the node.
Action
Get the list of custom RPMs from 'rpms-added-from-ThirdParty' or 'rpms-added-from-Oracle' under '/root/oda-upgrade' and uninstall the RPMs.
