Cause
Oracle homes with Oracle Automatic Storage Management (Oracle ASM) databases were not at version 12.2.0.2.170418 or later.
Action
Patch the specified Oracle homes to Oracle Database 12c Release 2 (12.2.1.2) and retry the operation. For more details, refer to Oracle Documentation release notes and readme for Oracle Database 12c Release 2.
