Cause
An attempt to extract the operating system upgrade script to /root/oda-upgrade/oda-upgrade.sh failed due to /root/oda-upgrade/ not having proper files.
Action
Execute 'odacli update-repository' to update the repository with serverzip. Retry the operation. If the problem persists, contact Oracle Support.
