Oracle ASM is not running on the node.
Cause
Oracle Automatic Storage Management (Oracle ASM) was not running on the node.
Action
Use 'crsctl status resource ora.asm' command to verify that Oracle ASM is running on the node. Retry the operation. If the problem persists, contact Oracle Support.
