Cause
An attempt to connect with Oracle Integrated Lights Out Manager (Oracle ILOM) server using IP address and USB interconnect failed.
Action
Verify the Oracle ILOM server status using 'ping ilom-address'. Retry the operation. If the problem persists, contact Oracle Support.
