The system is not set up to create database homes on Oracle ACFS.
Cause
User has not selected the disk group on which Oracle Automatic Storage Management Cluster File System (Oracle ACFS) for database homes should be created.
Action
Execute the command 'odacli configure-dbhome-storage' to select the disk group and initial file system size.
