Database homes storage has already been created, no changes are allowed.
Cause
Database home storage had already been configured when the 'configure-dbstorage' command was run. Database home storage can be configured only once, and no changes are allowed afterward.
Action
Do not run the 'odacli configure-dbhome-storage' command.
