Cause
The presence of the Integrated Lights Out Manager (ILOM) interconnect network configuration file will cause failures in network restart.
Action
Check if ILOM interconnect is enabled using 'ilomconfig list interconnect' command and disable it using 'ilomconfig disable interconnect' command. Then, remove the ILOM interconnect network configuration file.
