Unable to query PDB_PLUG_IN_VIOLATIONS.
Cause
The DGMGRL CLI was unable to query the PDB_PLUG_IN_VIOLATIONS table.
Action
Check that the container is set to CDB$ROOT and that the container is open. Also check for any errors in the database alert log and correct them before retrying the command.
