The DB_RECOVERY_FILE_DEST initialization parameter must be specified to enable Flashback Database.
Cause
The command failed because Flashback Database cannot be enabled if the DB_RECOVERY_FILE_DEST initialization parameter is not set.
Action
Specify DB_RECOVERY_FILE_DEST initialization parameter and retry the command.
