Cause
The command could not be executed because it failed to stop recovery for the specified pluggable database.
Action
Please check for any errors in the database alert log and correct them before retrying the command. You can manually stop recovery using the EDIT PLUGGABLE DATABASE SET STATE=APPLY-OFF command and issue the command again.
