Cause
The command did not specify the multitenant container standby database in the Oracle Data Guard broker configuration as being the migration source or destination.
Action
Use clause SOURCE STANDBY or DESTINATION STANDBY to specify a standby database in the broker configuration as being the migration source or destination, and issue the command again.
