Cannot remove DGPDB setup.
Cause
The per PDB Data Guard pluggable database (DGPDB) setup could not be removed since this configuration contained a remote configuration.
Action
The DGPDB will automatically be removed when the remote configuration is removed after all active source and target Data Guard pluggable databases are removed. Alternatively, retry the operation after the remote configuration has been removed.
