Error encountered while spawning a background thread
Cause
Spawning of a background thread for OCI Session Pool's session management failed. Failure may be encountered due to multiple reasons like insufficient thread's stacksize configuration on the operating system, low system memory etc.
Action
Configure your operating system to allocate more and sufficient memory for each thread and process.
