Cannot use registration timeout or notification grouping features with an ANONYMOUS namespace.
Cause
Attempted to use registration timeout or notification grouping features with an ANONYMOUS namespace. These are only supported with Oracle Advanced Queuing (AQ) and DBCHANGE namespaces.
Action
Do not pass registration timeout or group notification attributes in the notification registration call.
