replay timed out after waiting string seconds for PDB relocation to finish
Cause
Replication into the new pluggable database (PDB) during PDB relocation is not finishing within REPLAY_INITIATION_TIMEOUT.
Action
Reconnect to the database and recover the pending transaction if a transaction was involved. To avoid future occurrence, if feasible, increase the service attribute REPLAY_INITIATION_TIMEOUT if it is too low from the user's perspective.
