Database Error Messages

An attempt was made to authenticate to the database using a token provided by an external identity provider and its associated private key. The private key that was retrieved with the token was either missing or invalid.

Request a new token, then try again. You should receive a token from the external identity provider and its associated private key. If the problem persists, check with your internal IT support on what steps to take to get a token with a valid private key.
