The XA transaction identified by format ID number, GTRID string already has a promoted sessionless transaction in one of its branches
Cause
Attempting to create a XA transaction which already has one of its branch created with promotion of sessionless transaction.
Action
Commit/Rollback the XA transaction or create the new XA branch without promote flag.
