Cause
An attempt to access the database object failed because the data dictionary for the object was either never populated or it was purged.
Action
Make sure the GoldenGate, XStream or Streams data dictionary is created by calling DBMS_CAPTURE_ADM.PREPARE_%_INSTANTIATION.
