Cannot grant Oracle GoldenGate privileges. The procedure GRANT_ADMIN_PRIVILEGE is disabled.
Cause
An attempt was made to grant privileges for using Oracle GoldenGate by calling the DBMS_GOLDENGATE_AUTH.GRANT_ADMIN_PRIVILEGE procedure. Starting with Oracle Database release 23ai, the procedure has been disabled and replaced by roles.
Action
Grant the corresponding Oracle GoldenGate roles: OGG_CAPTURE role for using Extract. OGG_APPLY role for using Replicat. OGG_APPLY_PROCREP role for using procedural replication with Replicat.
