Cause
A value other than 1000 or 0 was specified for the JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES initialization parameter. Inside a pluggable database (PDB), the JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES initialization parameter can only accept the values of 1000 or 0 to indicate whether or not jobs should run in the PDB.
Action
