Cause
An attempt was made to configure audit on an administrative privilege using either the CREATE AUDIT POLICY, ALTER AUDIT POLICY, AUDIT, or NOAUDIT command.
Action
For traditional audit, use AUDIT_SYS_OPERATIONS to audit administrative privileges. If this is a unified audit, use CREATE AUDIT POLICY to audit the actions of administrative users.
