Cause
The policy expression used a PL/SQL function in an unsupported way.
Action
Modify the policy expression to use the PL/SQL function properly. The parameters to the Oracle Label Security functions NUMERIC_LABEL, CHAR_TO_LABEL, and SA_SESSION must be constants.
