A data redaction policy cannot be applied to an object owned by SYS.
Cause
An attempt was made to apply a data redaction policy to an object owned by SYS. Redaction policies cannot be applied to SYS-owned objects.
Action
Do not apply a redaction policy to any SYS-owned object. You can apply a redaction policy to an object that is not owned by SYS.
