The VPD policy group name already exists for the table or view.
Cause
An attempt was made to create an Oracle Virtual Private Database (VPD) policy group with a name that already exists for that table or view.
Action
Review the list of existing VPD policy groups for an object in DBA_POLICY_GROUPS. Either use the existing VPD policy group if appropriate or create a new VPD policy group name that is unique for the object.
