The specified attribute association ("namespace", "attribute") is already attached to VPD policy "name".
- namespace: The name of the namespace.

Cause
An attempt was made to create an attribute association to the existing Virtual Private Database (VPD) policy using namespace and attribute names that were already used by an existing attribute association of the policy.
Action
Review the existing set of namespace and attribute associations for the VPD policy in DBA_POLICY_CONTEXTS view, and retry the operation with valid namespace and attribute values.
