An external or global role with the same external name already exists.
Cause
The external name (a distinguished name) specified for the external or global role being created or altered is already mapped to another role.
Action
External names must be unique among roles. Review existing roles and associated external names in the DBA_ROLES view. Specify a different external name for the role or use the existing role instead.
