Encryption wallet, auto login wallet, or HSM is already open.
Cause
Either the encryption wallet, auto-login wallet, or the external keystore (OKV/KMS) is already open.
Action
The auto-login keystore opens automatically and from the WALLET_TYPE field of V$ENCRYPTION_WALLET check if the auto-login keystore is currently open. ADMINISTER KEY MANAGEMENT SET KEYSTORE CLOSE can be used to close the auto-login keystore.
