ENCRYPT option not allowed.
Cause
An attempt was made to specify the ENCRYPT option on a tablespace with an incompatible setting of TABLESPACE_ENCRYPTION.
Action
If TABLESPACE_ENCRYPTION=DECRYPT_ONLY, then do not specify the CREATE or ALTER TABLESPACE statement with an ENCRYPT clause.
