Cause
The attempt to rekey a tablespace failed because the rekeying status of the target tablespace cannot be determined and remains UNKNOWN due to errors encountered when verifying the control file tablespace key or data file encryption key.
Action
Check the accompanying errors. Resolve the errors before reissuing the rekey command.
