Cause
An AgentSpec child execution failed, or a required subflow output was unavailable while collecting results. The executor stopped before collecting complete child outputs.
Action
Review the preceding error and trace diagnostics for the runtime failure, correct the failing subflow or runtime condition, and retry the agent execution.
