The Oracle Database Vector Memory size cannot currently be shrunk below value string MB.
Cause
The attempt to reduce the Oracle Database Vector Memory size cannot be completed because the space to be freed is still in use.
Action
Set the Oracle Database Vector Memory size to at least the specified value or try the shrink again later.
