Vector index cannot be created in non-automatic segment space management tablespace (tablespace number = string).
Cause
The attempt to create a vector index cannot be performed because SecureFiles LOBs (Large Objects) cannot be used in non-automatic segment space management tablespace.
Action
Change the tablespace and retry.
