Cannot restore RESET_STATE = NONE during failover.
Cause
RESET_STATE level in failover differs from RESET_STATE = NONE which was used in the original session. The actions performed by reset state cannot be reverted.
Action
Resubmit the work needed. Consider deferring using a different value for the RESET_STATE service attribute.
