Vector index offload was aborted because of resource constraints in the database server.
Cause
The database could not allocate sufficient compute threads for vector index offload due to resource constraints.
Action
Increase the value of cpu_count parameter and retry in a new session, or reduce memory pressure to secure sufficient compute threads.
