Vector index offload is only allowed for INMEMORY NEIGHBOR GRAPH HNSW indexes.
Cause
A vector index offload parameter is provided for a vector index that is not an INMEMORY NEIGHBOR GRAPH HNSW index.
Action
Either switch to an INMEMORY NEIGHBOR GRAPH HNSW index, or remove any offload_url and offload_credential_name parameters.
