Missing CREATE END USER SECURITY CONTEXT privilege
Cause
An attempt is being made to create/attach an end-user security context without the CREATE END USER SECURITY CONTEXT privilege.
Action
Grant the CREATE END USER SECURITY CONTEXT privilege to the corresponding database connection pool user and try again.
