cannot use both INCLUDE and EXCLUDE for the same index
Cause
The PARAMETERS clause of a JSON Search Index or an XML Search Index had both an INCLUDE path specification and an EXCLUDE path specification.
Action
Make all path subsetting clauses only INCLUDE or only EXCLUDE.
