Sets the current_gsm in the GDSCTL session. The gsm_name will be looked up in the GSM.ora configuration file. In general, SET GSM is used to establish a context of which GSM the user wants to work with. This usually pertains to commands that work with a specific GSM and often will require the user to be local (such as START GSM and STOP GSM).
