Cause
It is possible that the failed nodes are running different Operating System or not reachable. If they are reachable and running the same Operating System as the local machine, it is possible that the SSH daemon is not configured on the selected nodes.
Action
Ensure that the failed nodes are reachable, running the same Operating System and have support for SSH connectivity.
