Cause
The name you provided as the SCAN contained one or more invalid characters. For the Typical installation type, invalid characters include those that are invalid for a cluster name, because the cluster name is derived from SCAN.
Action
Enter a valid name for the SCAN and for the cluster name. Valid characters can be any combination of lower and uppercase alphanumeric characters (a - z, A - Z, 0 - 9), hyphen (-), and period (.).
