Cause
An Oracle9i RAC installation was present on the listed nodes, but not on the local node.
Action
To install on a set of nodes on which the Oracle9i release of Oracle RAC has been configured, run the installer on the node where Oracle9i RAC is installed and upgrade the existing installation.
