OSDBA for ASM and OSOPER for ASM groups are the same OS group.
Cause
The groups you selected granting the OSDBA for ASM and OSOPER for ASM system privileges are the same group.
Action
Oracle recommends that you designate different OS groups to grant the OSDBA for ASM and OSOPER for ASM system privileges.
