Cause
Operating system provided clustering software is configured on this host. Leaf nodes cannot be configured as part of Oracle Flex cluster configuration, on a host that is managed by operating system provided clustering software.
Action
Configure Oracle Flex cluster without including Leaf nodes on hosts managed by operating system provided clustering software. Alternatively, you can configure Oracle Flex Cluster with leaf nodes after disabling the operating system provided clustering software.
