Cause
An argument to a function was not a valid date/time object structure.
Action
Ensure that structures carrying a date contain at least the year, month, and day, or day-of-year. Ensure that structures carrying a date/time difference do not have conflicting signs on the component fields and do not mix year/month differences with day/time differences.
