Cause
The access driver was unable to find the first record in the split for a Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) file.
Action
The access driver requires that the size of records in the file are not larger than the size of the I/O buffers. Try increasing the size of the I/O buffers with the access parameter com.oracle.bigdata.fieldmode.buffersize.
