Failed To Open Windows Certificate Store
Cause
An application failed to open the Windows certificate store. Possible causes include:
- Client doesn���t have the access (READ permission) to
the Windows certificate store.
- Find certificate failed from the Windows certificate store.
Action
Enable tracing and attempt the connection again. Contact Oracle customer support with the trace output.
