invalid password parameter for mandatory profile string
Cause
Invalid resource name was specified for the mandatory profile.
Action
Assign a valid resource name to the mandatory profile. Only PASSWORD_VERIFY_FUNCTION and PASSWORD_GRACE_TIME password parameters can be specified for a mandatory profile. If the value is specified as DEFAULT or not specified at all, then instead of using the password parameters of the PUBLIC_DEFAULT profile, it is interpreted as NULL and 0 for PASSWORD_VERIFY_FUNCTION and PASSWORD_GRACE_TIME parameters, respectively, for mandatory profile enforcement purposes.
