Some DDL statements are not applied to the catalog.
Cause
The GDSCTL command 'sync schema' was executed before all of the existing DDL statements were applied.
Action
Execute the GDSCTL command 'sync schema' with the '-apply' parameter before attempting to synchronize with shards and ensure that all of the statements are executed by running 'sync schema -show'.
