Cause
The values specified for Oracle GoldenGate (OGG) deployment parameters (number of shards - S, number of chunks - C and replication factor - R) for the shardgroup were not compatible with each other.
Action
Ensure that the following invariants hold for the shardgroup: number of chunks >= number of shards number of shards >= replication factor
